How to join the "Association for the Study of Failure"
Our means of communication are the Internet and emails in order to keep the membership fee low.

- Consultation for development of private failure knowledge database (additional cost may apply)

The table below shows the classification of the membership. One subscription of corporate membership includes up to 20 member accesses to the member-only pages but only one vote per subscription at the conference.

To apply for an individual membership, click on the button below
to register online. You will receive an email explaining the methods
of paying the initiation fee and the membership fee. If you do not
receive the mail within one hour after the registration, please
repeat the registration process again.
