When we take a peek into the net, some voices bears the tone of the "end of the world."

So, I looked into the problem to find out "How big the risk is," and "What if it leads to an accident." We believed "they" had learned from the Fukushima accident to "plan against the worst situation," however, as I spoke in the annual conference, "they" do not seem to learn.
